Fibroadenoma with apocrine change.
The epithelial cells are large and polygonal with abundant granular, eosinophilic cytoplasm and small, hyperchromatic nuclei. Fibrocystic changes include apocrine metaplasia, adenosis, and ductal epithelial hyperplasia and these are often present in the same biopsy.
