Invasive cribriform carcinoma. This case illustrates the classic appearance of cribriform carcinoma in which most of the glands are arranged in a cribriform pattern. This can be separated from tubular carcinoma in which tubular carcinoma is composed almost entirely of single uniform invasive glands.
