| Clinical description: This
patient returns to clinic for follow up exam, several weeks after extraction
of multiple non-maintainable, mobile, and carious teeth in the right mandible
with "periapical pathology". He reports no pain but an enlargement
of the soft tissue in the area of extractions. |
