  • NO Oral presenation from personal laptops! Presentations must be downloaded from flash drive, or usb memory sticks. Only powerpoint format will be accepted.
    Please come to speaker desk in the Empire Ballroom at least 24 hr before your session    .

  • No last minute downloads are accepted
