Important Information
Oral Presentations:

• NO Oral presenation from personal laptops! Presentations must be downloaded from flash drive, or usb memory sticks. Only powerpoint format will be accepted.
  Please come to speaker desk in the Empire Ballroom at least 24 hr before your session.

• No last minute downloads are accepted

PAYMENT
Payment of registration fees should be made in $US dollars using Check, wire transfer or the following credit cards: MasterCard, VISA or American Express.

Registration fee for accompanying persons includes welcome reception and gala dinner

ON-SITE-REGISTRATION
The registration desk will be open on Aug 1 from 10 am - 5pm for those who wish to register on-site. However, receipt of conference documents and brochures cannot be guaranteed. Participants are therefore encouraged to register as early as possible.

 

CONFIRMATION
Upon full payment, registrants will receive a written confirmation of registration. Participants should present this document to the registration desk at the conference center upon arrival.

CANCELLATION POLICY
All cancellations must be received in writing and either Faxed or e-mailed to the organizing committee.

• Cancellations received before or on June 15, will be fully refunded except that $100 handling fee will be deducted.
• Cancellations received after June 15 and until July 1 will be refunded at 50%.
• No refunds will be made for cancellations received after July 1.
