Course and Registration Information


HIV Education and Training Programs of the AIDS Institute and the Center for Public Health Education at Stony Brook University are pleased to announce:


1.      Information about New York State supported HIV/STI/Viral Hepatitis trainings

2.      New Online Registration System for non physician HIV/STI/Viral Hepatitis Trainings


Some important features of the new Online Registration System:

  • easy to use
  • one stop shopping - register for trainings offered by any AIDS Institute funded training center
  • keeps track of all the trainings you have attended
  • allows you to print out your own course completion documentation
  • easy to remember URL -www.hivtrainingny.org


The first time that you register for training you will be required to set up a user account and password. Please note that once you register for training, you will receive email confirmation from hivet@health.state.ny.us.  If you are experiencing any difficulty with the registration process, please contact Khamali Brown at 518-474-3045.
