Regina has been with the School of Health Technology and Management since 2001. Her educational background began at Nassau Community College where she received an AAS in Secretarial Science. She completed her BS in Business Education from Hofstra University and her MA in Business Education, Office Systems Concentration, from New York University’s Steinhardt School of Education. She is a licensed New York State educator in the field of business education. She has almost 20 years of experience teaching business courses for adult learners; one area of specialty is computer software programs.

Regina splits her time between the Master’s in Health Care Policy and Management and the Dietetic Internship program. As part of her many program responsibilities, Regina provides academic advising to potential dietetic students and coordinates the yearly admissions process for the Advanced Certificate, Master’s, and Dietetic Internship programs. She is responsible for Dietetic Internship’s national matching process during admissions and CDR registration for the national RD test. She teaches Blackboard to faculty, staff, and students and assists faculty with the “behind the scenes” work for on-line courses.

In addition, Regina serves on the School of Health Technology and Management Admissions and Assembly Committees. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and traveling; she is an active board member for her local Parent Teacher Organization.
