Dietetic Internship

The Dietetic Internship program is open to students who have completed the required undergraduate didactic coursework. Students need a verification statement (or an intent to complete) from their undergraduate institution.

This internship is for students who wish to sit for the Registered Dietitian exam to become an RD.

The Dietetic Internship Program is jointly sponsored by two schools in the Health Sciences Center:
the School of Health Technology and Management, Department of Health Care Policy and Management, and
the School of Medicine, Department of Family Medicine.

As a dietetic intern, you have the option to pursue a Master of Science in Health Care Policy and Management with a nutrition concentration. The Master of Science Degree Program is offered by the School of Health Technology and Management.
