Interview Process

In order to insure that all interviewees are oriented to the program each candidate is expected to attend a presentation that precedes his/her interview. This presentation addresses expectations, opportunities, and program quality indicators and provides an opportunity for interviewees to ask questions they may have. As part of our orientation to the program, interviewees are offered a tour of the facility, which includes Health Science Center classrooms, lab facilities, and library. Throughout this day, candidate interaction with first and second year of the program is facilitated and encouraged.

After all interviews have been completed, the program admissions committee meets to decide on recommendations of candidates for admission and candidates for the alternate list. There is an early decision deadline of October 1st. Some candidates may be offered seats after this date. Final deadline is December 1st for the program to receive your application from CASPA. Please note, these deadlines are for the program to receive your application from caspa, not for e-submitting. Also, you are not considered a complete applicant until your supplemental application and fee are received by the program.  Applying early is best in order to ensure that the program receives your application by deadline.
