Dr. Streb received his AAS from Paul Smith’s College with a major in Management, a BS from Long Island University with a major in Health Sciences, MS from Long Island University with a major in Physical Therapy, and a PhD from Stony Brook University from the department of Anatomical Sciences. Dr. Streb’s doctoral research involved identification of movement patterns and development of a predictive model in individuals with patellofemoral pain syndrome.
He has extensive clinical experience providing physical therapy services in private practice and hospital-based outpatient facilities and more limited experiences working with individuals in the acute and long-term care environments. While Dr. Streb has worked with individuals with a wide range of impairments, functional limitations, and disabilities, he has worked most extensively with individuals with back and neck dysfunction and pain. He currently teaches in the Doctorate in Physical Therapy Program in the areas of Exercise, Orthopaedic Physical Therapy, and Evidence Based Practice. Dr. Streb
