Physician Assistant Program Expansion Initiative

  • Collaborator(s): SB University Hospital, five clinical affiliate institutions, Parker Institute for Geriatric Care, numerous preceptorship sites throughout Long Island and the State of New York.
  • Project Goal: Increase number of PA graduates to 50 students; and Facilitate preclinical and clinical educational experiences which will positively impact on the deployment of PAs in regions of NYS designated as PA shortage areas or state HPSAs.
