Dr. Venezia joined the Stony Brook faculty in July 2005 after 14 years at Long Island Jewish Medical Center.  She enjoys teaching and has been an instructor in the Airway Lab for the annual Medical School Anatomy Course for EM residents and CME.  She also has served as an examiner for the Emergency Medicine Mock Oral Board Review course for a number of years.  She has worked with NYC EMS as an instructor/examiner for both refresher and basic paramedic students.
