Department of Family Medicine - Health Sciences Center - Level 4
- Take Long Island Expressway east (Rt 495) to Exit 62 North. Take Nicholls Road (Route 97) north for 9 miles. You will cross over Route 347.
- Make a right at the first entrance to Stony Brook (SOUTH entrance); follow signs for the hospital.
- At the second light, make a left into the hospital parking (parking usually costs approximately $15 for the day).
- Park in the hospital parking lot and make your way to the main entrance. Make a left and follow the hallway down until you see the lobby, gift shop, and cafeteria.
- Walk past the gift shop and turn right and then left. You will see the escalators.
- Take the escalator down one level to Level 4 (you entered on Level 5). Turn right when you get off the escalator; walk to the end and then turn left and then make an immediate right into Family Medicine.
