The Department of Neurology is located on the T-12 floor at Health Sciences Center (HSC) of the Stony Brook University Medical Center.

You can enter either using the Stony Brook Hospital entrance or the HSC entrance, depending on where you have parked.

Once you are in the building, follow the signs Health Sciences Center (HSC) / Academic Tower A Elevator.

On the T-12 floor, follow the signs for Room 12-020: Department of Neurology - Administration
