  • Departmental Library/Computer Resource Room
  • Health Sciences Center Library
  • educational allowance to senior residents for Board review courses and to attend the annual AAOS meeting
  • educational allowance to all residents for books, travel, and other academic expenses
  • counseling offered by the Program Director and teaching staff
  • additional confidential counseling services to residents, which include an Employee Assistance Program, University Counseling Center, Alcohol and Drug Abuse Advisory Panel, University Medical Center Chaplain, mental health service within University Medical Center, and support services outside of the program such as the Committee on Physician’s Health from the Medical Society of the State of New York
