The Office of Student Affairs holds the belief that the financial
aid process and financial planning are part of the education of each
medical student. Financing your medical education can be a complicated
process, and it's not expected that any of you are financial
experts. It is our mission that financial concerns not affect your
ability to succeed in medical school; to assist you in identifying
and receiving resources to meet the cost of education at SBU School
of Medicine.
It is also our responsibility to educate you and help you achieve
financial stability and success now, and as you go forward into your
lives and careers.
